Ray is joint Founding Director of FasterTax. Ray is also the Founding Principal of Greenoak Advisory, a specialist tax advisory practice based in Melbourne.
Ray has formal qualifications in Accounting and Law, is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent, member of The Tax Institute of Australia (“CTA”), has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in Victoria and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has over thirty year’s experience as a tax specialist including 15 years as a Tax Partner at Pitcher Partners in Melbourne. In addition to his experience in Chartered Accounting, Ray also has experience in the legal profession and in industry.
His practice is focussed particularly toward private business and the many tax issues they face throughout their life cycle.
Ray’s presentations are well regarded both for his technical insights and his ability to hone in on the key practical issues.

Mark is joint Founding Director of FasterTax.
He is also the Principal of Morris and Associates which is a specialist boutique tax practice based in Melbourne advising on a broad array of tax matters especially those impacting small to medium sized enterprises.
Mark has degrees in Law and Commerce and majored in Accounting. He is also a registered tax agent, a member of CPA Australia and the Taxation Institute, has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in Victoria and is a Professor of Tax Practice at Latrobe University's Business School.

Suzannah has many years' experience in tax as an advisor, trainer and educational consultant. She has worked in the Big 4 accountancy firms in both London and Australia as a corporate tax advisor for large multinational and middle-market clients.
Suzannah was a key member of the Tax Technical Knowledge Centre at PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for development of educational materials, training of staff and partners, and knowledge management. She also ran tax training courses Australia-wide for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and was the Technical Consultant for the Advanced Taxation subject of the CPA Program for over seven years. She is currently the Chief Examiner and a member of the Advisory Panel for Advanced Taxation.
Suzannah works with a number of professional bodies and training organisations to plan, develop and implement tax training and assessment products. She is known for her engaging presentation style and ability to break complex topics down into the key practical issues.
Leigh is cofounder and principal consultant for Specialist Accounting Services Pty Ltd (SAS) in the area of Research and Development (R&D) and Indirect Taxes with over 30 years experience advising clients on R&D, transaction and employment taxes.
Leigh has formal qualifications in accounting and economics, is a registered tax agent, CPA member and corporate tax adviser (CTA).
He is currently a representative of a number of peak bodies and consultation committees with the ATO and AusIndustry. He has represented industry bodies with Treasury and State Government bodies. He currently represents the CPAs on the R&D Tax Incentive National and Victorian State Reference Groups.
Leigh has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors having been previously employed with the ATO and the Trade Practices Commission (now ACCC). He has both wide commercial and legal experience and has consulted extensively to private clients over the years. His client advising has focused on the large corporate and small to medium enterprises (SME) sectors. He has been a partner and worked at senior levels at a number of large consulting firms in Australia.

Roger is a specialist tax consultant with more than 30 years’ experience providing tax advice to professional practices and businesses of all sizes and complexities.
His initial qualification was as a chartered accountant and he obtained subsequent qualifications in commercial law. Roger is also a registered tax agent.
Roger’s experience in public practice is as a tax consulting partner at a Big 4 firm and a national second tier accounting practice. His clients ranged from multi-national corporations to family businesses and high net worth individuals.

Roger brings a wealth of practical experience to the preparation and delivery of tax training materials. He understands that professional firms need more than merely keeping current with tax developments; they need to know the practical implications of case law, new legislation and tax rulings.
